Abstract
In localization, like any other domain, there is no industry without efficient standards. After almost 15 years of constant effort, the localization industry still suffers from the lack of standardization, if not the reluctance to comply with existing standards. During the panel, I will present and analyse three cases where non respect of standards had an important impact on cost, time, and quality.
