This conference will focus on The Business of Language in Real Time, and amongst other topics, the unique needs of the world's diverse Francophone markets.
Sponsorships Recognition will be given to exhibitors who also choose to sponsor any of the following conference areas or activities: luncheons, coffee breaks, Dinner Event, Internet kiosk, or an item of your choice.

Attendees
ACCTI 2006 - The Business of Language and Technology© Conference is structured for the benefit of businesspeople, practitioners, academics, theoreticians, public sector administrators, representatives of standards bodies, as well as those involved with any products/services that require internationalization across any industry. In particular, the conference will be of special interest to those currently involved with French-speaking markets and those who are considering expanding their marketing/operations into these markets. For many attendees, the primary goal will be to stay abreast of the latest in best practices and innovations in the world of global business and communications, as presented by the leading international experts on these issues.
The Conference
The conference program will include workshops, business and technology presentations, and keynote presentations from the leading experts in this field.

The Exhibits will take place on both Conference days.
Table top displays will be set up for your usage. You may supply your own backdrops, portable booths or any materials that you deem necessary to enhance your display.

Location of Exhibits: Once confirmed, a floor plan of the area will be forwarded to each
Exhibitor.
Hours of operation:
Tuesday, November 14: 09:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 15: 09:00 a.m. - 04:00 p.m.

Set-up time: Tuesday, November 14: Before 09:00 a.m.
Dismantling time: Wednesday, November 15: After 4:00 p.m.
Security: While every effort will be made to provide security for exhibits
while in the Hotel, neither Global Meeting Services Inc., nor the
Harbour Plaza Hong Kong, will assume responsibility for
loss or damage to exhibits or other exhibition property.
Application deadline: To confirm your space, an exhibit order form with fee must be
completed and returned to the address given below by October 31, 2006.
Exhibit Registration Fee: US $300.00
****Please note: This registration fee entitles the booth holder to
one (1) booth manager plus an additional two (2) booth attendees
only. Name badges will be assigned to those indicated on the
registration form only. Substitutions are permitted up to 2 days
prior to the Conference.
Conference sessions are not included in this fee. Should booth attendants
wish to attend the conference, please contact Barbara at
info@global-conference.com for Exhibitor special rates.
Refreshment Breaks, Luncheons and Special Event Dinner are included
in this fee.
Exhibitors are responsible for all material handling to and from the
Conference and any costs thereof.

Accommodation
A guest room block has been set aside for the Conference.
The Conference rates are:
CAD 199.00 single/double occupancy
Above rates subject to an occupancy tax of 3%. In addition a 7% GST plus a 7.5% PST is also applicable. The GST is refundable to non-Canadian residents.

Hotel reservations should be made prior to October 20, 2006. Thereafter this special rate will be offered on a rate and space available basis only.
